Cinnamomum zeylanicum Indigenous to Sri Lanka and renowned as the best in the world; it flavours desserts and complements Middle Eastern and Indian dishes. Great when used in apple pie, coffee, tea, fruits, lamb, poultry. Blends well with nutmeg, mace, cardamom, cloves, ginger, vanilla, allspice, turmeric. Tip – sprinkle powder over frothy milky cappuccino coffee. Add a small amount to taste, when brewing fresh coffee.
