Mace and nutmeg come from the same fruit. Mace is used mainly in sauces, soups and stock. Accentuates dishes with cream or cheese and used in chocolate drinks. Great if used with stews, sauces, cheese, chowders, soups, vegetables. Blends well with pepper, cloves, coriander, thyme, cinnamon.

Tip – add to your favourite cheese or tomato sauces.
