As a spice, it mixes well with other spices to create curry powders used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes. Used in Europe and America for pickling and chutneys. In England, often used in cakes and biscuits. Great with citrus fruits, fish, potatoes, onions, poultry, pork. Blends well with cinnamon, cloves, garlic, ginger, mace, nutmeg.

Tip – sprinkle ground coriander over or on tomato soup for a homely unique taste.
