Mace and nutmeg come from the same fruit. Mace is used mainly in sauces, soups and stock. Accentuates dishes with cream or cheese and used in chocolate drinks. Great in stews, sauces, cheese, chowders, soups, vegetables. Blends well with pepper, cloves, coriander, thyme, cinnamon.

Tip – add a little to complement your favourite seafood soup or chowder.
